As in #93, I'd like to report a spam message on an issue I'm following. Message 400464 contains the content "No comment" and added File 50238, a PDF advertisement for Microsoft Certifications.

I didn't see a way to flag the message/file or a better place to report such spam. My apologies if I've overlooked it in the docs.
