About and Detailed Status window misc fixes #10

About window:

  • PatternFly convention is to no longer use “:” after property names, so remove them from the about window
  • Add the external link icon (https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icon/external-link) after “Documentation” link
  • The MacOS version has a link to the GitHub repo, it would be good to add that here too.

Detailed Status window:

  • Change window title to "Detailed Status"
  • Use openshift icons
  • Use capitalized "Status" in "OpenShift status"
