OK, this is a full refactor of the Gitpod setup. It does a few things:

• Adds Debugging support (this was attempted in a previous commit but has since been changed)
• More tabs for more tasks. This one will increase pre-builds by a lot but will build, test, lint, and install Nu on workspace start. This can be modified as needed.
• Remove prebuild configs that are on by default setting keys such as master to true is redundant because this is the default
