Thanks so much for opening a PR @ajs256! We're currently updating the format of our templates #3019, which will help mitigate some of the spam (we'll have required fields!). And we’re continuing to brainstorm other possibilities. Keep an eye out! ⚡ |

Why:
There are a lot of test issues and PRs being created. This will edit the issue flow and PR template to link to octocat/Spoon-Knife, where users can create test issues and PRs without disrupting an actual project.
