    The Check Post was established at State Entry Points where screening is done for all individuals. The surveillance of all COVID-19 positive persons was done through the high-tech CCTV Cameras deployed under the DICCC project of Dehradun Smart City.

    KOVAI CARE (Android app and Web Portal) was introduced by Coimbatore Corporation for real-time tracking of quarantine people & containment zones, automatic news update, online shopping integrated with shops (medicals, groceries, hotels, and others enterprises etc).

    65 buses were used for distribution of Fruits and vegetables in Chandigarh. Government buses were used for vegetable distribution. To track live location of these buses a geo-location-based app was installed in mobile phones of drivers and conductors.

    Sachetak Application – It provided online medical consultation services for the elderly and co-morbid sections of the city. A total of 250 plus online consultations have been provided through the application. The application provided a 2 –way communication.

    1929 Helpline Number – This service was efficiently used as a 2-way communication to address all grievances pertaining to COVID in Bhubaneswar. It registered daily on the grievance redressal system.

    Aurangabad Municipal Corporation tied up with NGOs working for the welfare of poor and issued a food helpline, through which any person or a group of people in need could call and ask for food and the NGOs would supply them freshly prepared nutritious food in an hour.
