Steps:

1. Open https://github.com/luabud/hello-vscodespaces in a Codespace (on the web)
2. Once the Codespace loads, open hello.py
3. You should get prompted to install the Pylance extension
4. 🐛 If you say Yes -- instead of opening the extension page in the Codespace, it will try to open VS Code on the desktop
