Things to try

  • Put this into Chrome address bar: chrome://net-internals/#hsts
    Then go to the bottom and delete localhost from the Delete domain security policy.
    see #2527 (comment)

  • Copy link https://github.com/login/oauth/authorize?client_id=.... and open it in Incognito Mode
    see #2521 (comment)
