Describe the solution you'd like
Right now filters are kind of janky and inefficient in the way they work since when I initially got to implement them there was
no other reasonable solution that came to my mind.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We might borrow the filters implementation from pyrogram, which is pretty
intuitive and easy to reproduce
