Using regex, for example you can give if or async name and it will syntax error

@sokra I tried implementing using this regex, and it succeeds in validating the identifier name and check for illegal characters and reserved keywords, so base is always valid. However the regex to match this is extremely long and should not be placed in the AssignLibraryPlugin.js. Where should I place this regex and then export it to match for a valid identifier name?

Since we gereralized the validation, it's no longer specific to ModuleFederation. It can also be triggered with output.library: "some-library" or ouput.library.name: "some-library" or ModuleFederationPlugin.library.name: "some-name".

- It is working with my local

It looks like this Pull Request doesn't include enough test cases (based on Code Coverage analysis of the PR diff).
