borgbackup 1.1.15b1 beta release - for testing only.

Changes compared to 1.1.14:

  • pyinstaller 4.0 (was: 3.2.1) was used to create the binaries
  • binaries include python 3.7.9 (was: 3.5.10)
  • linux binaries built on debian stretch with libc 2.24 (was: jessie with libc 2.19)
  • minimum requirement python 3.5 now (was: 3.4)
  • libxxhash can be used and is preferred now over the bundled xxhash code

For now, there are only binaries for linux to test, see below.
