An investigation by Open Cages and The Times and The Sunday Times found chickens supplied to Tesco, Sainsbury's and Lidl GB suffering horrific cruelty 🚫
Chickens were found to have severe and painful lameness, left to unable to stand with their dead peers rotting around them. The 'Frankenchickens' are bred to grow extremely quickly in order maximise profit 🐔💔
