'lua_pushglobaltable' returns 'void'

format "%s" in 'string.format' accepts embedded zeros when it
has no modifiers

bug in order NaN x int (tests must ensure that NaN does not get
converted to integer)

'setkey' -> 'setnodekey' (to avoid conflicts with POSIX)
