    At we're permanently all-remote, but that doesn't mean we believe all-remote is 100% perfect. As with everything, there are trade-offs, and we need to be constantly improving and learning how we do all-remote: building strong team relationships, async/sync, etc.

    I'm pretty used to just cloning things down from GitHub to explore them, but I must say I'm finding myself more and more just staying in GitHub / Sourcegraph land. I love quickly having access to jump to the definition site or to view references without cloning the repo.

    Java project on GitHub that allows you to jump to a definition or find references of the method using the Sourcegraph browser extension.

    Usually, you can just copy rich content and paste into Typora, it will be converted to corresponding Markdown text automatically. (and If you want plain text, use Edit → Paste as plain text).

    Sometimes I wish I can modify dependency for local debugging. Because the Go module cache is read-only, you can't modify them (i.e: to add a debug log). My solution: add 'vendor/' to .gitignore and use "go mod vendor". Once my debugging session finish, I purge the vendor folder.
