At the moment we suppress exceptions thrown by Studies, and some exceptions thrown by CommitVisitors.
- I think coarse "throw Study exceptions?" and "throw CommitVisitor exceptions?" knobs might be nice.
- At minimum, however, we should document what we do about exceptions thrown by user code.

Since the time this was written, I've come up with slightly more clear installation instructions for installing from github. The instructions for Nostril should be updated.
The tests of Coming are too verbose, and the console logs reach the Travis limit.
Consequently, it is impossible to debug the Travis failure, eg https://travis-ci.org/SpoonLabs/coming/builds/559463057
We must make the tests silent.
