Please, provide the details below:

It will be nice if we can keep application state when sync changes.

Please tell us how to recreate the issue in as much detail as possible.

tns create TestAppNG --ng
tns run android --path TestAppNG
navigate to details page 
change theme in app.css (core.light.css -> core.dark.css)
changes are applied, but back navigation to details page do not work
