afaict, DP3T has a full reference implementation with native apps (iOS/android) and server-side code. is there protocol specification/documentation for the app-server communications? is there protocol specification/documentation for the server-server communications for the federation scenario, which i believe is also part of the reference implementation?
i am asking because i am specifically interested in the API angle, and how to make the supported scenarios as open and flexible as possible.
