Bug Report

Ionic version:

[x] 5.x

Current behavior:

When i'm currently focused in an Input Element and Keyboard is open, then open the Menu via Swipe Gesture, i'm still in the Input Field and the Keyboard is still open. When i open the Menu via the Menu Toggle Button it works and i'm not anymore focused in the Input and the Keyboard closes.

Expected behavior:

I expect that in the Moment where i start the swipe Gesture of the Menu, the Keyboard closes and the Input loses the Focus.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Select a Input
  • Open the Menu via Swipe Gesture

Thanks for the issue. This has been resolved via #20638 and a fix will be available in an upcoming release of Ionic Framework.
