I run the following command:
./darknet detector demo cfg/coco.data cfg/yolov3.cfg yolov3.weights
I get this message:
Demo needs OpenCV for webcam images.
I installed opencv using the folloing command:
conda install -c conda-forge opencv
And opencv is installed successfully. But I still get the error message.

For advanced *nix users, a push to PYPI does not really matter;
For mid-level *nix users, they can always refer to https://github.com/soimort/you-get/blob/develop/README.md#option-4-download-from-github ;
Seems that it's only WIndows users who's suffering.
