The typings file specifies:

setVibrancy(type: 'appearance-based' | 'light' | 'dark' | 'titlebar' | 'selection' | 'menu' | 'popover' | 'sidebar' | 'medium-light' | 'ultra-dark'): void;

whereas docs suggest that passing null disables vibrancy.

The argument type should be nullable
