Functions that computes mock return arguments based on input arguments.

Example: mocking a io.Write function:

mf := mocks.RemoteFile{}
mf.On("Close").Return(tt.sftpErrorFileClose)
mf.On("Write", mock.AnythingOfType("[]uint8")).Return(
	func(input []byte) int { return len(input)}, 
	tt.sftpErrorFileWrite)
