In the website documentation under Instantiation the statement "Supported strings for timezones are the one provided by the IANA time zone database." leads to a dead link.

Where are the supported timezone strings listed now?

For some reason the url got appended by some characters which lead to the wrong page.

# expected url
https://www.iana.org/time-zones
# current url (wrong)
https://www.iana.org/time-zones%3E

The url in instantiation.md
 looks find though. Maybe a problem with the static site generator?
