Title should explain it. If you copy the entire contents of the torrent folder and if the files within the .unwanted folder aren't hidden it will copy them too.

Make sure that the files within .unwanted are also marked as hidden.

The .unwanted folder was a superfluous buggy feature that will be removed for 4.2.6 and above, so this is no longer applicable: #12820
