When a window is in a zone along the side-edges, but the zone is not touching the top-edge, "override Windows Snap hotkeys (win-arrow) to move windows between zones" is enabled, we get very interesting behaviour:
Using windows+up, gives a window half the screen. From here on, using windows down or up again will assign it the respective bottom or top quarter.
This is incredibly useful, as it saves two custom-layouts that I now don't have to make.
It means that the very useful Windows-quartering behaviour is not replaced by PowerToys, but rather enhanced.
This should be documented and bragged about.
