    Great news! The more snow on our watershed up north in the winter, the more water we can conserve for the Valley in the spring.

    We're still expecting rain in the Phoenix area Thursday night - rain chances 30-40% with better chances across high terrain east of Phoenix. Rain amounts to be rather light however with an inch or two of snow below 5000 ft mainly east of Globe.
