    I honestly didn't know what to expect from Cyberpunk on PS4. The crashes, the hitches, the frame-rate drops all make it hard to recommend as it is. Roll on the Xbox One tests.

    The tribalism surrounding PS5 and Series X is as extreme as what I remember of the PS3/360 days. It comes from the same place too: people spend a lot of money on their console of choice and want to see that choice justified. But it's no excuse for being rude to me or the DF team.

    Also a big thanks to for putting the record straight here too. It's new hardware, and developers have so many platforms to cater for now. These are teething troubles that will improve as the generation goes on. Hoping it can all be patched - it's really a blast to play.

    And lastly, the PS5 has a frame-rate bug right now. With RT enabled some scenes run at a low frame-rate - and retrying from the last checkpoint can clear it up. Sometimes. This took five attempts, but it worked:

    Also, I can confirm the 'ray tracing data' pack (11gb) was installed on Series S for all testing. The issue? It doesn't engage within the game itself. I reinstalled the entire game today to check again - but the mode isn't selectable. Here's a video:
