Getting your code into production consistently, reliably, and 1000x a month requires end-to-end automation, from code to cloud. GitHub Actions and Packages make it as easy as 1, 2, 3. And now both are out of beta and available for everyone 🙌

Immense props to the folks behind the new GitHub Actions; I’ve been using the beta since January and everything is much nicer now! The new UI is LOVELY, YAML files are nice, and everything seems more flexible. I really dig it. 💯

Running end-to-end tests with Kind and Actions. TL; DR - it just works, because Kind and are awesome!

A thing that I feel has been exposed as part of is it allows developers to extend GitHub as a platform without needing to spin up extra infrastructure. The v2 beta is streamlining the process and it is allowing people to make their own customized GitHub.
