    I put Windows 95 into an Electron app that now runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. It's a terrible idea that works shockingly well. I'm so sorry. Go grab it here:

    👨‍💻 Do you switch git branches a lot and install dependencies each time? Do you have long-running tests or compilation steps? Git has a neat and little-known feature that makes switching branches so 👏 much 👏 easier.

    Honestly, this was so much fun. If you’re speaking every now and then, go talk to people in coding boot camps. The students are fired up for computers and eager to learn something new. Done it a few times, love it.

    If you’re a dude in tech and have Twitter-famous women as friends, ask them to show you their DMs or notifications. I expected terrible things and somehow learned that it’s even worse. Many of us have no idea how bad it really is.

    This. I've developed many skills over my career in tech. But the only one that was absolutely necessary for me to get where I am today was my finely honed skill for navigating harassment. It shouldn't be that way.
