    We still don't like you.

    This is long overdue. consistently produces incredible graduates who are doing amazing things. Awareness of this is only now starting to happen. Frankly, I think they are higher than #89.

    At fast growing companies there is often a lot of rapid change. As a leader you're constantly making trade-offs on how much change management process to inject vs YOLO/figure it out on the fly. One thing I've learned: Never YOLO the communications plan. Never.

    I keep thinking about this child. When I was little, I occasionally stuffed candy or other small things in my pocket when I was at the store. Kids make bad decisions. They’re kids. I can’t imagine being tased. Interrogated. Then blamed for redlining and racism in my community.

    Democrats are being outspent online. We can see it in real time for the first time ever (thanks & ) We should be stressed about getting outspent online! Very stressed! But more spending will happen in Sept & Oct than to date... we can still do something about it!

    I have thought for a long time that campaigns overinvest in TV ads not because don’t believe in digital, per se, but because they still think getting outspent on TV is the surest way to lose. Gillum’s campaign may finally be the evidence we need that it’s ok to lose a TV air war.

    Stacey Abrams. Andrew Gillum. Chokwe Lumumba. Tami Sawyer. And on and on. Just as they have throughout U.S. history, Black Southerners are pointing the way to a better and more just nation. The rest of us have an obligation to follow and support them.
