Steps to reproduce:
1. Open visual studio
2. Go to connect page
3. Click on Github -> Connect
4. Enter username and invalid password
Expected result: Entering an invalid password displays error message and allows user to type new password.
Actual result: Entering an invalid password displays a blank highlight description and prevents clicking on it.
Workaround is to click another field prior to re-attempting.
