I'm not sure how I feel about this news. I'm hoping that DISCOVERY will return to the kind of stories that made the original STAR TREK so amazing.

Ward Shelley a few years ago artistically charted the history of science fiction and fantasy - from Gilgamesh to Mary Shelley to the year 2000 - in a fantasy "leviathan" beast. It's quirky, fun, and leaves out a lot, e.g. modern non-English SF. Anyway, it's fun to be included, a couple of times.
