I have the same problems here. Downloaded the Jessie-image. The CT boots till "Welcome to Debian Jessie (8)" but nothing more. After some time (about 30seconds to a minute) two messages are shown:
"Timed out waiting for device dev-ttyS0.device" and "Dependency failed for Serial Getty on ttyS0"
This repeats all 30-60 seconds.
Any Idea?

Could you PLEASE enable CONFIG_FRAMEBUFFER_CONSOLE_ROTATION=y in next build of

Olimex Lime 2 / Debian jessie / 4.X ?

(and may be in other release branches too?)

I have physically rotated monitor and non-working

echo 3 > /sys/class/graphics/fbcon/rotate

Same problem here. LANGUAGE stays en_US and LC_MESSAGES stays posix. I configured them manually (update-locale LANGUAGE=de_DE.UTF-8 LC_MESSAGES=de_DE.UTF-8) and locales are right (all de_DE.UTF-8) now but german Umlauts still don't work. I could live with that but also line drawing graphics in Midnight Commander and Aptitude don't work which renders those programms unusable :-(.

Hi I got the gpio pins activated with a shell script I wrote that is run by systemd at boot. The kernel Dev pointed how to activate the pins in your thread in UDOO forums. The only issue I am having now is the arduino ide complaining about not being able to find the serial port for the onboard arduino. Thank you for these amazing images. I have used my UDOO more in the last 2 weeks (since finding your images) than I have since I bought it over a year ago!
