CPD Appropriations - This data set are the full-year allocations for HUD's Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) formula programs.

Decisions of the HUD Office of Appeals - This data set contains all of the Administrative Sanction decisions issued by the Office of Appeals and its predecessor, the HUD Board of Contract Appeals.

Debenture Interest Rates - Interest rates to be paid on debentures issued with respect to a loan or mortgage insured by the Federal Housing Commissioner under the provisions of the National Housing Act (the Act). The Department will continue to publish semi-annually the debenture interest rate for the next six-month period in the Federal Register. Concurrently with the publication in the Federal Register, the Department will update the list of debenture interest rates.

Home Activities Reports - This monthly report is an Excel spreadsheet, broken up by state. PJs can use this report to view activities with the 2012 or 2013 program year in IDIS, including; activities that are open, activities in final draw, or completed activities. This report allows PJs and Field Offices to track projects that must be completed within four years, or absent an extension, must be repaid to the HOME Investment Trust Fund.

Homebuyer Activities Report This monthly report is an Excel spreadsheet. PJs can use this report to view homebuyer activities with the 2012 or 2013 program year in IDIS that are in final draw, and those 2012 HOME homebuyer activities with more than 90 percent of the HOME funds drawn yet no draws in the past six months. This report is a result of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2012) (P.L. 112-55), which imposed new requirements on projects that receive 2012 or 2013 HOME funds (see CPD Notice 12-007). PJs and Field Offices can use this report to help identify those activities that may require conversion to rental units within 6 months of construction completion under the requirements of this Public Law.

Insured Multifamily Mortgages Database - Includes all active HUD Multifamily insured mortgages. The data is as of October 31, 2013 and is updated monthly. It is extracted from MFIS.

Multifamily Assistance Section 8 Contracts - This data set represents a picture of project-based subsidies. Provides a way of measuring the potential impact of expiring project-based subsidy contracts in their communities.

National Production Report - This monthly cumulative summary report of HOME data by fiscal year include: allocations, commitments, disbursements, leveraging ratios, low-income benefit, committed funds by activity type, and HOME cost per unit by tenure and activity type.

Public Housing Physical Inspection Scores - Public Housing Physical Inspection Scores

Resident Characteristics Report - The Resident Characteristics Report summarizes general information about households who reside in Public Housing, or who receive Section 8 assistance. The report provides aggregate demographic and income information that allows for an analysis of the scope and effectiveness of housing agency operations. The data used to create the report is updated once a month from IMS/PIC.

SEMAP Performance - This data set HUD's Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) measures the performance of the public housing agencies (PHAs) that administer the housing choice voucher program.

Single Family Loan Sale Initiative (National Offering) - The FHA Office of Housing is conducting a series of mortgage loan sales under the Single Family Loan Sale (SFLS) Initiative. The current sales structure consists of whole loan, competitive auctions, offering for purchase defaulted single family mortgages provided by FHA-approved loan servicers. The loans sold contain specified representations and warranties and may be sold with post-sale restrictions and/or reporting requirements. Currently, the FHA is selling loans in large national pools, as well as loan pools in designated geographical areas that are aimed at a neighborhood stabilization outcome (“NSO pools”).
