Just days ahead of a meeting of Iranian and U.S. officials in Baghdad to talk about Iraq's security, Iran has detained a fourth Iranian-American of dual citizenship. A conversation about the Islamic Republic's imprisonment of scholar Haleh Esfandiari and three other Americans, and tensions between the U.S. and Iran.
