“We’re often inspired by infrastructures, because they reveal the relationships between humans, technology, and nature.” Artist collective fragmenting recently visited Hokkaido for a research residency supported by the Sapporo International Art Festival and the Vitality.Swiss program. Fragmentin explored how snow, winter conditions and climate change are reshaping urban life.
