New line extension and curve started from down end of platform, overwriting alignment of original east-side goods siding and running between that siding's down end derail and mainline turnout. April 2021 Between Sunday 18 April 2021 and Thursday 22 April 2021, from 21:00 hours to 03:30 hours next day, and in accordance with the requirements of SW.117/2021, the Rail Systems Alliance will undertake Stage 1 - System Acceptance Testing (1 & 2 Train Testing) on the Communications Based Train Control system equipment that has been installed between Epping and South Morang.

Authority is granted for the RSA CBTC Test Train(s) vide S.1015/2021 to be located in the Platform(s) at South Morang prior to granting Absolute Occupation vide O.425/2021 in accordance with the requirements of SW.117/2021.
