Join animal pals Kiki, Dewey, Hazzy, Luly and Teshi as they learn how to make friends, try new foods and face other big firsts in colorful Roo City!
Wonderoos contains examples of:
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: The chosen Wonderoo will do this in every episode.
- Catchphrase: "I wonder what to do."
- Fake Interactivity: The chosen Wonderoo does it at least once an episode.
- Joke of the Butt: Teshi does this once in "First Time Learning Personal Space", saying that he doesn't have ears but has a "rear".
- Potty Failure: In "First Potty Accident", Hazzy has one after not wanting to stop and play at the park, but goes back to fix his mistake and gets to the bathroom just in time.
- Potty Procrastination: In the episode "First Potty Accident", Hazzy has to use the bathroom, but doesn't want to miss his turn to lead a game of "follow the leader". his results in him having an accident (as the title states), but this is later undone when he goes back in time and chooses the other option of going to the park's bathroom.
- Running Gag: Whenever Kiki has no lemonade, she has a different lemon-themed food instead.Kiki: No lemonade today! But I do have... lemon [insert lemon-themed food here]!
- Screen Tap: Near the end of “First Pet”, Fifi, who is Kiki’s pet Shmoopsy, licks the screen.
- Shaking the Rump: Some episodes have this:
- Kiki and Luly do this while waiting for the lemon cookies to be ready in "First Compromise".
- Teshi shakes his "tushy" while suggesting that Dewey-Ball can use body parts in "First Time Losing a Game".
- Teshi and Hazzy shake their rear ends in "First Time Learning Personal Space", after Teshi makes a rhyming joke that goes "I don't have ears, but I do have a rear!".
