Object Universe is an Object Show by TeenChampion (Sam Thornbury) hosted by Window.It premiered on August 1st, 2012.
This object show contains the following tropes:
- A Dog Named "Dog": As the norm for object shows.
- Animate Inanimate Object: Also as normal.
- Animation Bump: The scenes animated by Niall Burns (XanyLeaves) in the first episode of season 2, with a noticeable change in animation style.
- Armless Biped: Of course.note
- Audience Participation: The viewers can vote down in the comments to eliminate a contestant from the show or in two cases, recommend their character for the chance to join or let back an eliminated contestant into the competition.
- Big "NO!": Window shouts this in Episode 3 of Season 2 when he thought he heard Kite but Badge told him that Kite was one of the only members not here.
- Character Development: Ice Cream was at the start of the series, bossy and sometimes even mean & egotistical, but she becomes more of a Nice Girl later on in the series.
- The Cameo: In the first season, characters from other popular object shows made cameo appearances, such as Leafy from Battle for Dream Island and Baseball from Inanimate Insanity.
- Eject the Loser: Contestants who are eliminated are flung away via a machine. In Object Universe they are launched by a platform to land into a cage. In Object Twoniverse a cannon flings them to an island.
- Guest Fighter: Apple from Inanimate Insanity and Lego from Object Mayhem join Team Recommended in the first season. Kite from Object Overload is in the second.
- Vocal Evolution: Many characters' voices have gotten deeper over time due to the show's creator going through puberty.
