Chikn Nuggit Parody Show, created by Domsauce
is exactly what it sounds like, a parody of the Chikn Nuggit shorts, albeit being longform episodes instead of just being shorts, along with there being some shorts like the original format of the series. Oh yeah, and they're Bloodier and Gorier. The series started around mid-2023 and has 6 seasons so far, with a side-series called Skits being started in-between seasons 5 and 6.

Tropes about this series
- A God I Am: Subverted. Fwench Fwry worries this could happen if Chikin discovers his powers but I-Scream figures he'll just make chicken nuggets with them and not share with anyone. Once Chikin discovers he's a demi-god, he just shrugs it off, though accidently destroys reality when the powers awaken and goes to make chicken nuggets...which he doesn't want to share with.Chikin: This is a tomorrow problem, I should go make a pile of chicken nugguts to calm my nerves.
Fwench Fwy: Uh...
Chikin: No! You're not getting a bite! (Slams the door to his house shut) - Absurdly Sharp Claws: The claws on Cofi's suit are this, as shown by them causing her face to bleed by an accidental slice in "Stop and Swap", and in this short
where she is shown easily slicing up Chikn with them. - Adapted Out: This skit
all but confirms that Bezel won't be appearing in this show. Subverted later, when Bezel does appear in the "Ligmajitsu" arc, albeit as Bearzel, Off-Model, and unable to speak. - Adaptational Angst Downgrade: In the original series, when Chikn found out he was a demigod, he snapped. Here, however, he just uses his demigod eye to make nuggets for himself.
- Adaptational Jerkass: Just about every character is this compared to the official series, as everyone is given more snark and jerkass tendencies. It's seen the most with Chikn and Fwench Fwy, who were fully good natured and kind characters.
- Added Alliterative Appeal: In "Chee's Out Of The Bag":Cheezborger: "NOW TELL ME WHERE YOU ACTUALLY WERE YOU BUSTED BUCKET OF BLOWN UP BREAD!"
- April Fools' Day: For April Fools' Day 2024, the series became AI generated.
That is, until Chikn and Cheezborger become self aware and pull the plug. - Art Evolution: Around the time of Season 3, the art style becomes closer to that of the official Chikn Nuggit shorts, and the animation becomes more fluid. Moreso with Season 4 as the characters are basically on-model with how they look in the official shorts. Acknowledged in a short in the "ligmajitsu" arc that uses Iscream and Fwench Fwy's season 1 rigs as a way of indicating that something happened a while ago.
- Art Shift: One of Iscream's clones in "Iscream Finally Multiplies" looks (and sounds) like how they did in the first episode of the series.
- Alternate Continuity: Most obviously, while it uses the characters from the original short, the continuty is all it's own. For example, Chikin in the main series slowly discovers he's a demi-god and that was brought on by feeling abandoned by Chee and Bezel's spurring. Here, it happens when Onyn Ring moves into the neighborhood and inadvertingly triggers the change in Chikin, with it all Played for Laughs.
- Animation Evolution: The later seasons are way more fluidly animated and expressive compared to the first two or so seasons, comparing an earlier episode
to one in Season 4.
- Ascended Extra: Saltwater Taffy makes a few more appearances than in the original show.
- Ass Shove: Slushi is on the receiving end in the episode "The Obsession", where she gets a watermelon shoved up there.
- Big Damn Heroes: Just when it looks like Chee's going to lose the battle, Cofi swoops in and blasts Iscream with a Kamehame Hadouken.
- Bloodier and Gorier: Ohhh yes. Basically every episode has someone bleed or get killed in some way. It's taken further in the later seasons when the gore is more detailed due to the show's Art Evolution.
- Burger Fool: Slushi (and eventually Sody Pop) becomes this in "Supersize Us", where Iscream sets up a burger place and becomes a Mean Boss towards them, paying them extremely low wages, being extremely lazy and not caring towards the both of them, and trying to do everything as cheaply as possible. She quits before the day even ends.
- Call-Back: To "The Obsession" in the short "We all need a break from the saga right now", which starts with Slushi telling Chikn "...And that's why I have a whole bunch of jelly beans up my-", like in the original episode, although nowhere near as detailed.
- Cerebus Syndrome:
- Similarly to the original Chikn Nuggit, this series had a small storyline (in the form of YT Shorts) which developed lore as well, deconstructing how the characters die and get revived over and over. It's also suggested that they were in a simulation, possibly justifying how they keep getting revived. And it all started when Iscream tried pulling a trick on Chee. Chikn is also still a demigod as well, but it wasn't the main focus of the lore. Later Subverted since it was all revealed to be non-canon.
- Later played for Lightmare Fuel, as an ongoing arc in the Shorts sees Iscream using a power dubbed "ligmajitsu" to annihilate everyone. The driving developments involve Chee teaming up with Sassparilla to fight back and Cofi exploring the "shadow realm".
- Clingy Jealous Girl: Or enby, in this case. In "Iscream Finally Multiplies", the titular demon rabbit berates their clones for hitting on Fwench Fwy and even throws the newest one.Iscream: Knock it off, peeps! They're taken!
- Clone Army: Done twice, both times involving Iscream. Once as an ending joke at the end of "Movie Night" where they plan to Take Over the World, and the other time being the main plot of the episode "Iscream Finally Multiplies".
- Creator Cameo: Not Domsauce himself, but Kyra Kupetsky, the creator of the original Chikn Nugget series, makes a brief cameo as the white deer in her Twitter profile picture in Cofi explores the Shadow Realm. She reacts in panic as soon as she sees Cofi.
- Death Is Cheap: Nobody in this series stays dead, as they all just come back in the next episode.
- Deal with the Devil: "Cofi makes the deal of a lifetime" shows Cofi make a deal with Bearzel: she gets his powers and gets freed from the shadow realm, and she'll break him free from the chains he's trapped in once she deals with Iscream. And then he takes control of her body when she does do that!
- Demonic Possession: Occurs twice in the show.
- Once Cofi beats Iscream's ass, Bearzel takes control of her body, apparently so he can look for Chikn Nuggit.
Cofi-zel: Now, where's that puppy...?- Chikn is a victim of this in the Halloween Episode "Scaredy Cat Cofi", where he ends up getting possessed and becomes a murderous psycho.
- Disabled in the Adaptation: Played for Laughs. Cofi is revealed to have Hypercoagulation in one episode. This gets her killed by Iscream.
- Eye Scream: Occurs sometimes, notably in "Supersize Us" where Iscream accidentally stabs themself in the eye with a knife, which is even one of the page images for this very trope.
- Five-Second Foreshadowing: "Cofi makes the deal of a lifetime" opens up with the sound of a clock ticking. Not five seconds in, Bearzel appears, bound in chains.
- French Maid Outfit: Cheezborger, Iscream, Fwench Fwy and Cofi are all forced to don one by an Iscream clone in "Iscream Finally Multiplies".
- Grammar Nazi: "Grammar Police"
shows Iscream slipping into this, correcting Chikn's speech bubble with their trusty red crayon when it comes out as "Your crazy" instead of "You're crazy". Chikn is not amused, and says "U equals dash dash" to conjure up a gun emoticon (U=—) in his speech bubble. He then proceeds to remove the gun emoticon from his speech bubble and shoot Iscream in the face. - Half the Man He Used to Be: Iscream is split in half lengthwise by a heavy weight landing on their head in "All Pain No Gain".
- Hand Blast: Iscream has this ability, as shown by them using it repeatedly in the "Ligmajitsu" arc, killingnote the recipient of the joke. Cheezborger also displays this after a few shorts, as seen in an epic fight scene between her and Iscream.
- Halloween Episode: One in 2023
involving most of the characters going to a halloween party, and another one in 2024
involving one of Iscream's ghost stories. - Heh Heh, You Said "X": A series of shorts sees Iscream pull jokes of this manner on the rest of the cast and then proceed to (try to, at least) kill them with their Hand Blast attack. "Sassparilla and Chee spring into action" reveals this is known as "ligmajitsu". Specific instances include:
- Failing "Icup", Iscream tricks Slushi into saying "yo" and then extends it into "yo mama".
- Chikn asks where Slushi went, and Iscream says she died from a disease called "zeed". Predictably, this leads into a "deez nuts" joke.
- Following this, Iscream pulls "updog" on Chee. While the joke in this instance is successfully executed, the attack is not. All it takes is Cofi slapping Iscream's wrist with a firm "No!" to save Chee's life.
- Cofi doesn't evade Iscream, though. She falls for "mind goblin deez nuts". It doesn't kill her, though; she's just sent to the "shadow realm".
- Hulking Out: Chikn appears to activate his demigod form whenever he is extremely angry, as seen in the "We all need a break from the saga right now" short and the Creative Closing Credits of Skits.
- Jump Scare: The Valentines Day short starts with Slushi randomly yelling for a few seconds. Not super loud but it can catch people off-guard. A Played for Laughs example is in the short "I mean, it is spooky season right?" when Chikn pulls one on you with a pumpkin over his head.
- Laughing Mad: Slushi after shooting Fwench Fwy at the end of "Cooking Show".Slushi: "Perfect..."
- Lethal Chef: Iscream cooks up an "Explosive Pasta" dish, which proceeds to blow up and kill everyone surrounding it.
- Made of Plasticine: Occurs sometimes, notably when Sody Pop gets crushed by a stack of cup noodles in "Home Deprovement".
- Medium Awareness:
- On multiple occasions, the characters have noted that they can see the text bubbles appear, and sometimes interact with them outright.
- "We all need a break from the saga right now" shows Iscream being aware that there's a story arc going on, and that Slushi and Chikn are in a Breather Episode. They seem displeased with the latter fact.
- Mouth Flaps: The original style of lip syncing was having the characters' mouths move quickly, until proper lip sync got added as part of the show's Art Evolution.
- No More for Me: Upon seeing the Iscream clones for the first time, Fwench Fwy thinks they are hallucinating due to the ibuprofen.
- Off with His Head!: A common way that characters die has their heads cut. A notable example being in the 2023 Halloween Episode where multiple characters get decapitated by Chee spinning around an axe. Another is in "Scaredy Cat Cofi" when a possessed Chikn chops Slushi's head off with an axe.
- Pooled Funds: Fwench Fwy tries to dive into a giant pile of gold coins in "The Sorcerer's Something", a la DuckTales (1987), only to faceplant and break their nose.
- Razor Apples: Sody gets some candy with drugs in them in the Halloween Episode. Cheezborger ends up eating some and ends up going to the party high.
- Ruder and Cruder: Not to an overly major degree and especially not to the same degree that Bloodier and Gorier is played, but the characters do occasionally spit profanities that would never fly in the original show.
- Taken to another level in "Iscream Finally Multiplies", which is chock-full of dirty jokes and sexual humour.
- Sanity Slippage: Cofi in "Sody's Vape" after Iscream steals her pen, just starting out a bit antsy and going all the way to acting like a wild animal then murdering and eating Slushi. She snaps out of it by the end of the episode once she gets her pen back.
- Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: Iscream nopes on out of the scene in a snap (literally) upon realizing just why they recognize Cofi's new powers.
- Serious Business: Cheezborger takes losing her hat dead seriously in "Chee's Out Of The Bag", even killing people over it (namely Iscream and Sody Pop) as she tries to find it.
- Ship Tease: Cheezborger is still shown to have a crush on Cofi, although unlike in the main series they aren't officially a couple. Cofi Lampshades this in the Season 5 trailer, T-posing and saying "We are not canonically together yet" in a monotone voice in response to Chee's flirting.
- Shout-Out:
- In "Breaking Neutral", after Chee takes the caffeine, she almost namedrops Bip from Bip and Gib. Also, the fact the episode's called Breaking Neutral.
- Nearly everything about "Cofi makes the deal of a lifetime" is a Cult of the Lamb reference in all but confirmation.
- Spotlight-Stealing Squad: Much like their original counterpart, Iscream tends to make a lot of appearances. In fact, they're possibly an even more extreme example of this than the OG Iscream.
- Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: In the skit "All Pain No Gain", Iscream gets launched out the roof of the gym and lands in a mattress factory, only to walk back into the gym bleeding and covered in springs."Nobody ever says how dangerous the mattress factory is!"
- Take That!:
- When Slushi asks
Fwench Fwy if Bezel will appear in the series, Fwench Fwy immediately tries to run away out of a window only to get split in half. - The short episode Milkshek Gets Into Content Creation
mocks the mukbang trend on Youtube, specifically creators like Nikocado Avacado. - In several newer shorts, Chikn makes fun of the original show's rather poorly written lore.
- When Slushi asks
- Tampering with Food and Drink: Done a couple times, mainly in "Movie Night" where Iscream and Hawt Saus spike the food at Slushi's movie night.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Every character dies at least a couple of times, but especially Cheezborger, as she seemingly dies the most. However, starting with Season 4, this changes, with Sody Pop dying in nearly every episode he's in while Cheezborger survives more often.
- Time Master: Cofi is assumedly one after her deal with Bearzel.
- Trademark Favorite Food: Sody Pop becomes obsessed with watermelons in "The Obsession" until he snaps out of it at the end.
- Treadmill Trauma: Hawt Saus gets splattered by setting the treadmill too fast in "All Pain No Gain".
- Trigger-Happy: Slushi semi-frequently pulls out and uses shotguns out of nowhere.
- Twin Threesome Fantasy: When Fwench Fwy first discovers the Iscream clones, it's clear they don't know whether to feel scared or aroused. By the end of the episode, they've decided on aroused, sparing two Iscream clones with a nonchalant "Who said I couldn't make my own wishes, silly?" The real Iscream wants in.
- Unflinching Walk: Slushi does this and takes a sip of her soda as Iscream's burger place explodes at the end of "Supersize Us", which Cheezborger lampshades as being something from an action movie.
- The Unpronounceable: Iscream's full legal name according to "The Sorcerer's Something", just being a bunch of jumbled-up symbols in the speech bubble and harsh-sounding gibberish when spoken.
- Unsympathetic Comedy Protagonist: Almost all of the main characters are jerkasses compared to their kind and friendly canon selves, note with Iscream arguably being the most notable offender. And that’s saying something, considering that they’re the 'evilest' character in canon.
- The Voiceless: Bearzel cannot speak due to having his tongue cut out by whatever Powers That Be chained him up. note He does speak the second he takes over Cofi's body.
- Wham Shot:
- Cofi makes the deal of a lifetime has a meta one with the appearance of Bearzel, who was previously Adapted Out due to the creator not liking him.
- 3 shorts later, we get another major twist when Bearzel ends up possessing Cofi, with a mildly ominous to-be-continued note ending it off.
- Your Mom:
- In the first short in the "Ligmajitsu" arc, Iscream tries to trick Slushi into spelling "Icup", but fails. They then successfully trick her into saying "yo", at which point they say "yo mama" and obliterate her head.
- Later, in "We all need a break from the saga right now", Slushi says this to Chikn twice- once when he asks her what's wrong with her for using a flip phone, and again when he asks who just called her. Chikn gets mad both times and even assumes his demigod form the second time.
- Cheezborger: This whole troping predicament could have ended a lot quicker if you took some damn wishes sooner!
Fwench Fwy: Way to be positive, Chee. Do you want to wish for a magnifying glass so I can find the person who asked?
