She's Still Alive is a horror RPG game created by Scopophobia Studios, the same ones behind Purple RPG and John Doe.
Hare wakes up from a terrible nightmare and realizes that his wife Bunny is still alive and sleeping next to him. He continues to go about his day, but worries about how sick Bunny has been lately and tries to cheer her up. Unfortunately, his attempt fails and she commits suicide by the end of the day.
Shocked at this sudden turn of events, Hare wakes up and finds Bunny still sleeping next to him. And he again tries to make it through the day without losing his wife. And when he fails again, he tries it again and again, until he can get things right.

Warning: Due to the nature of the game, all spoilers will be left unmarked.
Contains Tropes of the following examples:
- Ambiguous Ending: The game ends with it unclear if his latest confrontation with Bunny's various apparations was enough to finally get him to begin moving past her death or he'll continue his delusions.
- Ambiguous Situation: Exactly how Bunny died is left unclear. It's obvious that her corpse is in the basement, but not how she ended up there: did she slip and fall down the stairs to her death? Was she pushed, by Hare or someone else? Or did she commit suicide, by leaping down the stairs or otherwise harming herself?
- Animal Theme Naming: The protagonist and his wife are named Hare and Bunny, respectively.
- Arc Words: She's still alive.
- Armor-Piercing Question: Bunny gives one voice-acted line in the final cutscene."Are you ready to accept it yet?"
- Art Shift: Majority of the game is done in a rather cartoony, simple artstyle, but a poster of Bunny and the final cutscene suddenly switch to a more realistic depiction.
- Body Horror: The form that Bunny takes on in the climax is an odd creature with extremely long arms and legs, and her neck is twisted backwards.
- Deliberately Monochrome: Majority of the game is kept in various shades of purple.
- The Faceless: Hare is depicted with shadows covering his eyes. Even in the scenes where the art shifts as mentioned above, his face is only roughly countoured with shadows.
- Grief Makes You Crazy: Bunny's death broke Hare and he refuses to accept it, constantly pretending that she's still next to him, and any questions from neighbors are waved away by claiming she's too sick to leave the house.
- Interface Screw: Whenever Hare begins to worry that something might've happened to Bunny, the screen and environment begin to glitch out.
- Madness Mantra:
- The title screen shows 'she's still alive' repeated over and over in the background.
- When Hare feels like Bunny is getting close to harming herself during the days, his thoughts splash on the screen in an increasingly mad manner.Don't talk like that.I Wish She Would Stop I wish she would stop I wish she would stop
- The Many Deaths of You: Bunny dies in various ways across the game, with the climax implying many others that happened previously.
- During the days played, she has chosen to hang herself, died collapsed over the toilet in blood, has shot her face off, and stuffed herself into the stove.
- During the climax, Hare can be seen running past a vast collection of his wife's corpses, which include things like having an axe stuck in her head or even having been beaten to death.
- Mummies at the Dinner Table: Hare is in complete denial over his wife's death and spends every day waking up, believing she's still alive and spends time with her.
- Splash of Color: In contrast to the purple palette of the game, Bunny's eyes and blood are depicted as bright orange-red.
