In the year 280 A.R., Myrrh lives an ordinary life in Saymal until her parents sell her off to a lecherous aristocrat, Lord Jimbol Antone, in order to pay off their debts. Jimbol intends to force Myrrh to marry him and treats her abusively, so she runs away and joins a mission at the adventurer's guild to gain financial independence. She teams up with Caelum, Zoren, and Neo, an ex-gladiator, a scholar, and a vampire rogue respectively. Each party member is a potential love interest who reflects a part of Myrrh's character, and pairing with them determines what direction she will take her life in.

This game contains examples of:
- All of the Other Reindeer: Zoren's obsession with researching the arcane caused his peers and family to ostracize him. In his route, he has regrets about being alone because his discoveries feel empty if there is no one to share them with.
- Armor Is Useless: Although armor is useful for a tank character like Caelum, it doesn't really help Lord Jimbol in his boss fight because he isn't a competent fighter to begin with.
- Ascended Extra: Ezul was the superboss of BlueSkies 2, but is now the Final Boss of this one, since the main quest's goal is to obtain their Ruby Eye jewel.
- Big Bad Wannabe: Lord Jimbol Antone takes advantage of Myrrh's family falling into poverty in order to marry her, and she joins an adventuring party in order to escape from him. He tries to chase her down and fight her party with nothing but two goblin slaves, only to lose easily and retreat in shame. In the end, he's just small fry compared to Ezul, the Final Boss and a powerful dragon who guards the Ruby Eye that the party needs to obtain.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: The party is betrayed by Gabe, the seemingly friendly dungeon merchant, who only helped them in order to get a chance to take the Ruby Eye for himself and obtain the guild's reward.
- Combat Medic: Caelum has a skill, Rations for All, that provides minor healing for the entire party. He's also a Lightning Bruiser and tank hybrid with good offensive and defensive options.
- Dirty Old Man: Lord Jimbol Antone wants to marry Myrrh, a 22-year old, against her will. He also wishes she was younger while Myrrh states that he looks like Father Time.
- Draw Aggro: Caelum's Gladiator's Will skill increases his defenses, makes him more likely to be targeted, and lets him automatically protect allies in critical condition. If his route is chosen, this skill becomes instant and recovers a large chunk of TP.
- Dungeon Shop: Gabe is an elven merchant who tends to show up just before a boss to sell consumables and equipment. Unlike other examples of this trope in the series, who are wholly benevolent, Gabe is only using the party to clear a path to Ezul's Ruby Eye jewel so that he can steal it for his own enrichment.
- Eternal Love: In Neo's ending, Myrrh asks him to bite her in order to turn her into a fellow vampire, since he would outlive her otherwise.
- Fragile Speedster: Neo has the highest agility in the party, but has low defensive stats and only slightly more HP than the mages. If his route is chosen, his Quick Wind become an instant cast skill and affects the whole party by the end of the game, making him even more turn efficient.
- Friendly Neighborhood Vampire: Neo is a vampire who acts slightly creepy, but never antagonizes anyone and only bites Myrrh in his ending after she gives her permission, since she wants to become a vampire alongside him.
- Gladiator Games: Caelum had to fight in an arena to gain his freedom, and although he initially thought his efforts were honorable, he was disillusioned with how he was just a spectable to a bloodthirsty audience. As a result, he respects Myrrh for seeking her own freedom.
- Lightning Bruiser: Caelum has the best physical attack and defense of the party, along with decent agility. If his route is chosen, his Gladiator's Will becomes an instant cast skill, making him even more turn efficient.
- Meaningless Villain Victory: Although Gabe succeeds in stealing from Ezul's chamber and leaving the party empty-handed, it turns out he stole a dragon egg rather than the Ruby Eye jewel. Ezul placed the egg there as a decoy specifically to mess with adventurers. Played with in that the egg hatches into a dragon whelpling and therefore could have some utility for Gabe's future crimes, but he's too consumed by greed and is too obsessed with his original objective to be happy with what he has.
- Mirror Character: All of the love interests reflect a part of Myrrh's desires.
- Caelum is an ex-gladiator who had to fight for his freedom and resented how he was used as a spectacle for a bloodthirsty audience, which reflects how Myrrh resents her family and Jimbol for treating her like an object, hence her desire for freedom.
- Zoren is a mage who was isolated from his peers due to his obsessions, but laments that he has no one to share his discoveries with, while Myrrh wants to help others with her healing magic, giving the two overlapping interests.
- Neo is an immortal, thrill-seeking vampire who witnessed many people choose familiarity and obligation over their own self, and he admires Myrrh's courage in stepping out of her comfort zone.
- Multiple Endings:
- In Caelum's ending, he and Myrrh settle down in Gemeid.
- In Zoren's ending, he and Myrrh start their own magic school in Xmeil.
- In Neo's ending, he bites Myrrh with her permission so that she can become a vampire too.
- Parental Betrayal: Myrrh's parents make her marry Lord Jimbol so that the aristocrat can pay off their debts.
- Power of Love:
- Whoever Myrrh forms a relationship with gets upgrades to their skills and some stat bonuses. Myrrh herself gets different upgrades to her skills depending on her romantic choice.
- On Zoren's route, he states that there is a technique called soul resonance, where two individuals synchronize emotionally and magically, amplifying their power. This suggests that other mages are capable of using this trope.
- Squishy Wizard: Myrrh and Zoren are both mages that have low HP and defenses. Myrrh gets bonus HP through story events, but Zoren only gets bonus HP if his route is chosen. Additionally, Zoren's route increases his magic attack further, while upgrading his Evil Eye to have instant cast properties and AOE damage when it was originally a non-damage AOE debuff.
- Thrill Seeker: As a result of his vampire lifespan, Neo likes living life on the edge and respects Myrrh for having the courage to defy Lord Jimbol.
- Took a Level in Jerkass: In BlueSkies 2, Ezul is presented as an honest guardian of ultimate power, and they willingly gives up their weapons upon defeat. Here, they plant a dragon egg in the chamber where the Ruby Eye jewel should be located so that even if an adventurer defeats them, they won't walk away with the prize they want.
- White Magician Girl: Myrrh specializes in healing magic, and like Skye in the early parts of BlueSkies, she has no offensive skills whatsoever. She ends up being a Decon-Recon Switch in regards to the personality aspect of this trope, since while she as eager to heal people as other examples of this trope, she is initially too soft to defy her parents and Lord Jimbol's cruel expectations for her. She later decides to run away from her arranged marriage with Jimbol, while still retaining her kindness.
- Who Wants to Live Forever?: In Neo's ending, he warns Myrrh that if she becomes a vampire, she will see centuries crumble before her. However, she accepts this consequence if it means being his lover forever.
- Xanatos Gambit: In contrast to his previous Fair-Play Villain characterization, Ezul employs this trope in regards to the Ruby Eye jewel. Even if someone defeats them in the Final Boss fight, they placed a dragon egg on the pedestal where the Ruby Eye should have been located, all to troll those seeking their treasure.
