Phantom Attack is a Friday Night Funkin' mod based on Sonic PC Port. It consists of one song "Vessel". It is also made by the same team who made Friday Night Funkin': Chaos Nightmare and would later make Friday Night Funkin' — Below the Depths.

Tropes:
- Adapted Out: Boyfriend and Girlfriend do not appear in the mod, and are replaced by Alan.
- Evil Laugh: Lord X laughs at the start of the second phase and at the end of the song.
- Interface Screw: During the second part of the song, Alan's notes are blocked and his HP is pushed forward until you type the correct letters to remove them.
- Jumpscare: Losing during the second part of the song will result in a close-up of Lord X's head roaring at you before closing the game.
- Leitmotif: The second section of the song (with Lord X's head) begins with a reference to Execution/Cycles, Lord X's song from Vs. Sonic.Exe.
- Mythology Gag: Lord X's laugh at the start of the second section and at the end of the song originated from the PC Port remake.
- Vocal Dissonance: Tails' voice is much deeper in this mod, although this is Justified since this is the voice of Alan, the victim trapped in Tails' body.
