Kraven, after throwing a spear at Spider-Man (that hits a car outside), rants about how he'll show Spidey that his 2024 movie is better than all of his movies combined. Spidey is appalled to hear Kraven's actions were motivated by jealousy, noting it's not his fault Kraven's movie is doing badly at the box office. As soon as Kraven brings up how it's being shown at thousands of theaters, Spidey fires back that it'll be seen by dozens of people, enraging Kraven into attacking Spidey with a knife.
