After finding his home and pigeon sanctuary destroyed and ransacked by Harold and his friends, Pigeon Man says he must leave, but he thanks Arnold for teaching him that some people can be trusted, and he hopes that there'll be another Arnold wherever he ends up. With a tearful goodbye, Arnold wishes him well as Vincent the Pigeon Man flies off with his flock.
