The boys drive past a dysfunctional Canadian family en route to Florida whose children are rowdy in the backseat, enough so that the father threatens to drive back to Winnipeg if they keep it up. Immediately after, Nelson smacks the father's back through the window of the car for literally no reason, to predictable results.
