The Poisonous Seaweed
"Raw Fish". Maomao explains that some poisonous foods can be made edible with correct treatment, such as the seaweed used to poison a local bureaucrat, which is meant to be soaked in limewater to make it nontoxic. She then takes the opportunity to sample it herself, to the shock of Jinshi, Gaoshun, and Basen. She offhandedly explains that she had an emetic with her just in case, and they immediately snatch it and ram it down her throat, and she vomits up a shower of sparkles.
