Genesis of the Daleks (Super Channel)
When "Genesis of the Daleks" was rerun on the Super Channel on Christmas Day 1990, the original 1974 titles were replaced with a modified version of the then recent 1987-89 titles, with the face of the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) crudely plastered over that of the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy).
