Contra

Contra is a video game initially released by Konami for arcades in 1987, before being ported to the NES in 1988. Combining platforming with fast-paced shooting, Contra has the player controlling one of two commandos as they dash through various locales, shooting everything in sight and dodging any and all projectiles coming their way.
