Season 1
- NOTE: Unless stated, all of season 1's episodes were released on January 10, 2022.
- "Desmond's Big Day Out" (released April 1, 2020): Charlie and Pim try to cheer up a suicidal man named Desmond. At the office, Allan's hunt for his cheese takes him into the crawl space.
- "Mr. Frog": Famous celebrity Mr. Frog's reputation takes a downward spiral due to his violent behavior, leading the Smiling Friends to rebuild his public image. Meanwhile Glep auditions to become the replacement Mr. Frog.
- "Shrimp's Odyssey": Charlie and Pim have their own ways of helping Shrimp. Charlie attempts to improve his life while Pim tries to get his ex-girlfriend to reconcile with him. While this goes on, watchers across the country cast their vote on whether to introduce a new Smiling Friend to the roster — Smormu!
- "A Silly Halloween Special": The Smiling Friends hold their annual Halloween party. Pim is tasked by The Boss to gather firewood at the nearby forest but gets lost and hunted down by a demonic entity. (Halloween special)
- "Who Violently Murdered Simon S. Salty?": Charlie and Pim visit the local fast food joint Salty's. When the owner, Salty, is murdered, any one of the talking mascots are a suspect.
- "Enchanted Forest": The Smiling Friends are requested to help the Princess of the Enchanted Forest smile but end up lost in the Enchanted Forest and needing help from a strange man named Mip.
- "Frowning Friends": The Smiling Friends get a direct competitor with the new business in town, the Frowning Friends, that makes everyone in town upset.
- "Charlie Dies and Doesn't Come Back": On Christmas Eve, The Boss' request for a Christmas Tree ends up killing Charlie and sending him to Hell, which has literally frozen over after Satan becomes depressed with his job. (Christmas special)
- "The Smiling Friends Go to Brazil" (released August 6, 2022): In this exciting summer special, the Smiling Friends vacation at a beautiful Brazilian beach town. (Summer Vacation special)
Season 2
- "Gwimbly: Definitive Remastered Enhanced Extended Edition DX 4K (Anniversary Director’s Cut)" ( released April 1, 2024): Pim and Allan help to give iconic video game mascot Gwimbly a brand new video game to his name, while Charlie gets faced with a difficult aggressive client who seemingly refuses to smile.
- "Mr. President" (released May 13, 2024): Pim and Charlie are appointed to bring a smile to the hopelessly unqualified and incompetent President Jimble's face by helping him get reelected. (Election Day special)
- "A Allan Adventure" (released May 20, 2024): Allan's trip to the store to get some paperclips for the office ends up spiraling out of control.
- "Erm, the Boss Finds Love?" (released May 27, 2024): Mr. Boss falls in love and gets married, but the Smiling Friends feel something is off about his wife... (Halloween special)
- "Brother's Egg" (released June 3, 2024): Charlie and Pim are tasked with helping mad scientist Professor Psychotic repair his strained relationship with his brother Doug.
- "Charlie, Pim, and Bill vs. the Alien" (released June 10, 2024): Charlie and Pim get abducted by aliens and have to try and escape their intergalactic frat party.
- "The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired)" (released June 27, 2024): Pim and Mr. Boss embark on a journey to Spamtopia; Charlie, Allan, and Glep babysit the Boss' son, Jason. Also Tyler, the 5th Smiling Friend, gets fired.
- "Pim Finally Turns Green" (released June 24, 2024): Pim brings a snowman to life and helps teach him what life is. (Christmas special)
Season 3
- "Silly Samuel" (released October 5, 2025): Charlie and Pim are sent to cheer up the titular Silly Samuel, who wishes to be taken seriously in spite of his buffoonish appearance. Meanwhile, the Boss and Allan contend with an inspector sent to make sure the company building is up to standard.
- "Le Voyage Incroyable de Monsieur Grenouille" (released October 12, 2025): Charlie and Pim cross paths with Mr. Frog once more, who is trying to find a new purpose in life after accomplishing literally everything during his presidency.
- "Mole Man" (released October 19, 2025): Pim and Charlie are held captive by an obsessed fan, while Allan and Glep try to take over their duties.
- "Curse of the Green Halloween Witch" (released November 2, 2025): A witch places a curse on the Smiling Friends. (Halloween special)
- "Pim and Charlie Save Mother Nature" (released November 9, 2025): Mr. Boss takes everyone out to a luxurious cabin in the woods for a vacation, but is annoyed that Allan just wants to continue working. Meanwhile, Pim and Charlie help Mother Nature clean up the woods.
- "Squim Returns" (released November 16, 2025): Charlie attempts to play hooky in order to play a new video game, but a combination of food poisoning and the threat of being fired forces him on a loopy journey back to HQ. In Charlie's absence, Mr. Boss summons Squim, the first ever Smiling Friend, to assist Pim for the day.
- "Shmaloogles" (released November 23, 2025): Pim and Charlie are summoned to Shmaloogleville when the Shmaloogles' Shmaloogle Machine starts boogling instead of zoogling, but then Pim gets kidnapped by the Shmaloogles' arch-nemesis.
- "The Glep Ep" (released November 30, 2025): Glep quits his job when Mr. Boss realizes he doesn't know what Glep actually does. (Christmas special)
- "Friend-Bot (Version 12589218731809213528796879521)" (released April 12, 2026): The Smiling Friends take in a robot assistant after its previous owner dies, using it to ease their workload.
- "Charlie's Uncle Dies and Doesn't Come Back" (released April 12, 2026): Pim and Charlie are sent to help the latter's uncle smile after being told that he's dying. Allan goes on a blind date.
Smiling Shorts
- "Pim's New Eyes" (released July 22, 2025
): Pim undergoes eye surgery to shrink his iconic malformed eyes due to insecurities about them. Glep eats grapes. - "Roy Dismey" (released August 24, 2025): Charlie and Pim get done helping the silly, charming little character Roy Dismey smile, only to realize he's not all that good of a fellow after he leaves their office.
- "Card Game" (released March 26, 2026): Pim, Charlie, Allan and Glep play cards together, which takes a drastic turn when Pim draws the Devil Demon card.
Other
- Ghosts & Chainsaws (released April 1, 2026): One of Charlie's favorite horror movies, now fully realized as a 10 minute-long stop-motion short film. (April Fools special)
