  • Numbuh 4's Paper-Thin Disguise from M.O.V.I.E returns. And adding to it, he bumps into Toiletnator while getting the cereal to boot.
  • Supervillain Market & Deli from "Operation: M.U.N.C.H.I.E.S." is seen again.
• Downer Ending: Thanks to Toiletnator flushing the Grand Canyon, no one gets a happy ending. The KND's Anniversary is spoiled, the Toiletnator fails to impress Mr. Boss and Mr. Boss' scheme to attack the festivities is exposed. The episode ends with Sector V and Toiletnator fleeing from their furious allies and enemies.
• Foreshadowing: When the Toiletnator tells Mr. Boss that the KND are up to something, he dismisses the Toiletnator by telling him that if the KND was planning something big, that he would know about it and tells him to forget about it. It turns out he knew all along but didn’t tell the Toiletnator because he knew that the Toiletnator would ruin his plan.
• Grudging "Thank You": When the Toiletnator unclogs the toilet Mr. Boss was using, the latter thanks the Toiletnator for helping him, albeit begrudgingly.
• Heroes Gone Fishing: It's revealed that the KND were only celebrating their anniversary by filling the Grand Canyon with Rainbow Munchies cereal.
• Humiliation Conga: The Toiletnator gets smacked by rocks, splashed with mud, mauled by mountain lions, pricked by cactus needles, laughed at by the KND, dunked into the Grand Canyon, and to top it all off, he messes up Mr. Boss' scheme.
• Intimidation Failure: Deciding to stop the Kids Next Door’s plan himself, the Toiletnator jumps in front of Numbuh 1, Numbuh 3, and Numbuh 5, and shouts "THIS party is OOOVER! Give up now, or face the wrath of the TOILETNATOR!" However, because of his reputation as a Harmless Villain, the kids just laugh at him and walk right past him. As they walk by, Numbuh 3 calls him a dork, and Numbuh 1 says "Whatever, Toiletnator, could you just keep it down? We’re kind of busy."
• It Amused Me: The KND immediately see through the Toiletnator's Paper-Thin Disguise but decide to humor him because it would be funny.
• Jerkass Ball: The operatives are pissed off with Sector V for the Grand Canyon being flushed and chase after them, despite the fact that it wasn't their fault and the Toiletnator was the one responsible for it happening.
• Logo Joke: The KND logo scene transition turns into a Toiletnator-themed logo.
• Look Behind You:
  Numbuh 1: Hey, look! It's the Grand Canyon! [Sector V bolts while everyone looks the other way]
• Misplaced Retribution: All the blame for the flushed Grand Canyon goes towards Sector V rather than the Toiletnator, causing the sector to have to run away from them.
• Not-So-Harmless Villain: The Toiletnator's ability to "flush" liquids seems stupid, but he demonstrates he has some level of competence when he ruins the Kids Next Door's plan to eat cereal in the Grand Canyon by flushing all of the cereal out of it.
• Paper-Thin Disguise: The Toiletnator steals Numbuh 4's admiral disguise to sneak into the Grand Canyon. The kids instantly see through it and trick him into going into a mountain lion's den.
• Pyrrhic Victory: The Toiletnator actually succeeds in ruining the Kids Next Door’s anniversary and gets the last laugh over them, but in the process, he also ruins the other villains’ plan to attack the Kids Next Door, leading him to get chased by the angry villains.
• Shout-Out: Numbuh 1 borrows Tony the Tiger's "Grrrrreat!" catchphrase in reference to them making a giant bowl of cereal.
• Team Rocket Wins: The Toiletnator manages to foil the Kids Next Door's plans... but accidentally messes up the plans of the villains.
• Underside Ride: Toiletnator hitches a ride to the Grand Canyon by clinging underneath one of the KND's trucks, getting continuously hit in the head by rocks and splashed by mud the entire journey.
