The first time you talk to Jenny while wearing the Frog Suit, she finally talks normally to you. Given how weird the game is, you probably won't question her claim that an evil frog wizard cursed her to talk in frog. Except no, it's just a stretched-out game of pretend: beyond the fact that she'll occasionally slip-up, Sunshine will note that she's speaking normally when she talks to the frogs in the backyard, and if you speak to Jenny while wearing the suit when her mother is present, Mrs. Sanderson will also call her out.
If you give Jenny the final Frog Ring while her parents are present, they'll be overjoyed that you managed to get her to take her frog hat off... at least, until you leave the room. At which point, Jenny promptly reveals that now she and Chibi-Robo have been cursed by the wizard once again and puts the frog hat back on.
You unlock the bandaged Trauma Suit by running out of power. Its special pose animation is Chibi-Robo side-falling dead to the ground, and if you don't choose to get up, you're mistaken for dead and taken back to the Chibi-House...and you unlock the Ghost Suit as if you really did die.
At the end of Sophie's side quest, Telly will assume that they're actually letters written by Mrs. Sanderson that are addressed to him. This is made funnier if you let him read the letters throughout the side quest, as he becomes increasingly flustered and excited at the idea of the matriarch of the house returning his affections.
During Funky Phil's storyline, after delivering the Phillies to him, both of Chibi-Robo's response options to Phil's question about whose kids these are and where they came from are "No."
Phil repeatedly rejecting the idea that they're his kids not only bums the Phillies out, but causes Chibi-Robo to straight-up glare at Phil in disgust before hitting him with another "No." Made darkly humorous when you consider that Chibi-Robo and Dinah made the decision to plant and grow his seed without his consent, meaning his confusion over the sudden graduation to parenthood is 100% justified.
Funky Phil: Funky Phil ain't even married!
Telly is in disbelief that he and Chibi-Robo have traveled into the past, but accepts that this must be the case given that everything is in sepia tone.
Mr. Sanderson undercuts his act of heroism in escaping upstairs to grab the tools needed to upgrade Chibi-Robo by requesting a home-cooked meal when he gets back. Mrs. Sanderson tells him off for it, to Jenny's amusement.
Jenny: Served, ribbit.
Telly's stunned reaction to Mr. Prongs after Chibi-Robo encounters him for the first time.
The Running Gag of Telly having a song called "Teriyaki Blues" that the game refuses to let him sing.
